Sunderland City Council, in partnership with the Davy Lamp Folk Club, Phoenix Folk Ltd and the University of Sunderland, is delighted to announce the first ever Sunderland Folk Festival. This exciting new event takes place in Sunderland, with the main festival site on the river side next to the National Glass Centre.Other venues include Mowbray Park and key sites around the City Centre on the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
